Therapeutic grade essential oils diluted in organic fractionated coconut oil.

Relevant therapeutic uses for the oils:

Black spruce is known to counteract mental fog & spaciness to promote focus
Blue Tansy is known to help with tension, anxiety, stress
Frankincense is known to help with tension, both shallow & rapid breathing, stress, emotional instability
Ho wood is known to calm and comfort, bring feelings of peace

To use: Unscrew cap, tip the bottle and apply directly to skin. Apply to pulse points (temples, wrist, side of neck) or directly on your chest, torso, back of neck, shoulders, or bottom of feet. We also recommend rolling a small amount in the palm of your hands then cup your hands over your nose and deeply inhale the aroma.
